I'm moving up to a 1200GS and selling my gray 2009 F800GS. The deal was made just this morning so I have not done anything in terms of putting together a fancy ad or taking photos etc.. Most of you know my bike and lord knows there's a ton of photos in the Vegas Tag thread :lol:lol:lol Right Brumbie?

Purchased Feb 2009. Current odometer is 12,079 miles, very mint condition, oil and filter changed every 3000 miles and I'm one of those guys who cleans and oils the chain one drop and one link at a time. All service updates / recalls complete AND I've got a brand new warranty rear shock coming in for it next week compliments BMW LV. The current shock was factory and saggy and I scored a rare BMW warranty on it. The remaining 24,000 miles warranty passes along with the bike.

The bike has ABS, OBC, TKC 80's, 17 & 16 tooth front cog, Hyperlites, two extra PowerLet power outlets for heated gear / toys, add-on Touratech fuse block and customized BMW handguards. This is the configuration I'm selling it for $11,800. Kelly book is $11,520 not including the add-on's.

Actually the bike went to a Military Intelligence Officer stationed at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista about 20 miles north of the border. There were white intel blimps up in the sky like I used to see down in Key West.

Coming back, just before I got on I-10 there was a huge Border Patrol checkpoint like they have down by the dam only these guys had lots of guns and AR's

I have to travel down there periodically...let me tell you, those guys don't look like they are fooling around! I don't know how many I see down near YUMA, but, it seems like it would be very, very hard to move around out there without being spotted. The dogs they have don't seem very friendly, either! :
